I provide half hour to 45 minute lessons and coaching for maintaining a mindfulness practice.
Lessons are geared toward your individual circumstance. They usually include 10-15 minutes of content regarding the current research and brain science of how mindfulness works. 10-15 minute mindfulness practice that corresponds to the lesson. And there is time for questions and conversation about how the practice is working in your life.
Lessons can be purchased as ongoing as part of a package. Packages range from 6-10 lessons and are for the person who just wants to get the basics about mindfulness and begin a consistent practice.
